Greetius is operated by Airpasso Corp., a Delaware C corporation ("Greetius", "we", "us"), registered at 800 N King Street, Suite 304 -3667, Wilmington, DE 19801, United States.
What Greetius is
A platform that lets you find and book airport VIP services. The services themselves are delivered by airports and third-party providers; Greetius arranges and confirms the booking.
Booking & confirmation
Guaranteed services confirm on payment; request-to-book services are confirmed with the provider before payment is captured (a hold is placed meanwhile). A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.
Prices & payment
Prices are shown and charged in your selected currency, with the full total shown before payment. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Cancellations & refunds
Governed by our Cancellation policy.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the accuracy of traveler details you provide.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt it, or book fraudulently.
Service delivery & liability
Services are performed by third-party providers and airports; their availability and delivery can be affected by factors outside our control (operations, weather, security).
Changes to these terms
We may update them; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
