Where does the greeter meet me?
On departure, at the curb or at check-in; on arrival, at the aircraft door or the jet bridge where the airport allows it. The exact meeting point is in your confirmation.
Is fast-track security included?
Yes, wherever the airport supports it: your greeter takes you through the fast-track lanes at security and passport control. Where there is no fast-track lane, the greeter still escorts you through the standard ones.
Can I book Meet & Greet for a group?
Yes. Book for everyone on one booking and add a passenger for each traveler. The maximum party size is shown per airport when you book.
