You'll always see exactly what you'll be refunded before you confirm a cancellation.
How refunds work
Refunds depend on the airport's cancellation policy and how far ahead you cancel — the earlier you cancel, the more you get back. Some airports offer no refund for cancellations. Whatever applies, the exact refund amount is shown before you confirm, and it's refunded to your original payment method.
How to cancel
Open the booking in your account and choose Cancel booking; you'll see the refund preview before confirming. Booked as a guest (no account)? Contact us and we'll handle it.
Before payment
A booking you never paid for, or a request to book whose hold hasn't been captured, simply lapses — there's nothing to refund, and the hold is released.
