When is my booking confirmed? Guaranteed services confirm instantly when you pay. Some services are request to book: we hold the amount (no charge), confirm with the provider, and only then capture payment.

Is my payment secure? Payments run through Stripe; your card details never touch our servers.

Booked without an account?

You don't need an account to view, download, or cancel a booking — the booking number from your confirmation email and the lead traveler's last name are enough.
