VIP Service (Arrival/Departure)

Zurich Airport VIP Service provides an exclusive and personalised airport experience designed for passengers seeking maximum comfort, privacy and efficiency. The service is available to all travellers regardless of airline or booking class and can be arranged for departures, arrivals and connections.

For departures, a personal assistant welcomes the guest at the agreed meeting point and assists with luggage, check-in and airport formalities. Where required, passengers use dedicated security and passport control facilities before relaxing in the exclusive VIP Lounge. When boarding begins, guests are transferred by luxury vehicle directly from the lounge to the aircraft.

For arrivals, the personal assistant meets the passenger directly at the aircraft door. Guests are transferred by luxury vehicle to the VIP Lounge, where immigration and other applicable formalities can be completed separately from the main passenger flow. Porter assistance is provided, and the guest is accompanied to their private chauffeur or designated pick-up point.

For connecting flights, passengers are met at the arriving aircraft and transferred privately to the VIP Lounge. The VIP team assists with any required security or passport procedures before arranging a luxury vehicle transfer directly to the onward aircraft.

Additional services can also be arranged, including door-to-door limousine transfers within Switzerland and valet parking in combination with selected VIP Arrival or Departure services.
