VIP Terminal Windsor Suite

The Windsor by Heathrow delivers one of the most exclusive airport experiences at London Heathrow, providing privacy, comfort and personalised service away from the main passenger terminal. The service is available for arriving, departing and connecting passengers and is designed around each guest’s individual journey.

Guests are welcomed into a private lounge and looked after by a dedicated VIP Liaison Officer and Butler. The Windsor team manages the airport process on the passenger’s behalf, including check-in where applicable, luggage handling, security, passport control and other formalities. Private chauffeur transfers are provided between The Windsor and the aircraft, allowing guests to travel through Heathrow with minimal interaction with the main terminal.

Seasonal dining is available between 05:00 and 22:00, while each booking includes generous luggage allowances and can accommodate pets by prior arrangement. Personal shopping can also be arranged for departing and connecting guests.

For arrivals, lounge access is included for up to 1 hour after arrival. Departing passengers receive up to 2 hours of access before their flight, while connecting passengers can enjoy the private facilities for up to 3 hours.

Additional lounge time can be arranged subject to availability. Chauffeur transfers within 25 miles of Heathrow are available for eligible Black Service bookings, with extended-distance transfers available on request. Larger groups of 12 or more guests can also be accommodated with tailored arrangements, including multiple private lounges and dedicated staff.

Service is non-refundable. Amendments are permitted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
