The Transit Meet & Greet service at London Heathrow Airport provides personal gate-to-gate assistance for passengers connecting between flights.
A dedicated airport assistant will meet the passenger at or near the arrival gate and escort them through the airport connection process to the departure gate for the onward flight.
Service includes:
Personal airport assistant
Meet at or near the arrival gate
Gate-to-gate escort
Assistance with airport navigation
Assistance with connection procedures
Support during terminal changes where required
Assistance with baggage where applicable
Up to 2 pieces of luggage included per passenger
Escort to the departure gate for the connecting flight
Please note: Fast Track security or immigration is not included unless specifically booked as an additional service.
