The Meet & Greet service at London Heathrow Airport provides personal airport assistance and escort throughout the passenger journey.
For arrivals, a dedicated airport assistant will meet the passenger at or near the arrival gate and escort them through the terminal to the Arrivals Hall, assisting with navigation, baggage arrangements and any airport procedures along the way.
For departures, the assistant will meet the passenger at the designated drop-off point, taxi or chauffeur arrival area and escort them through the terminal to the departure gate, providing assistance throughout the airport journey.
