Fast Track Arrival (LHR)

Fast Track Arrivals at London Heathrow Airport offers passengers a faster and more convenient way to pass through passport control after landing. The service provides access to a dedicated Fast Track lane before proceeding to UK Border Force, helping reduce waiting time at immigration.

Fast Track Arrivals is available at all Heathrow terminals between 06:00 and 21:00 and can be booked by passengers travelling with any airline, passport type or cabin class, subject to availability.

Passengers select a one-hour arrival window when booking. Reservations can be made up to one hour before the scheduled flight arrival time, although early booking is recommended as availability is limited.

After landing, passengers should follow the signs to the Fast Track Arrivals Passport Control entrance. A Heathrow host will check the booking confirmation before providing access to the dedicated Fast Track lane.

Bookings can be cancelled or amended until 20:00 on the day before arrival. If a flight is delayed on the day of travel, Heathrow will attempt to honour the booking where possible. For cancelled flights or eligible delays where the service cannot be used, a refund may be requested within 30 days with valid proof.

Please note that Fast Track Arrivals does not replace or waive any UK immigration, visa, passport or Border Force requirements. All passengers must still meet the applicable entry requirements for the United Kingdom.
