Meet & Greet

Gatwick Meet & Greet provides a personalised and seamless airport experience for both arriving and departing passengers. Guests are welcomed by a dedicated professional representative who assists with luggage and guides them through the airport procedures. For arrivals, the service can include meeting passengers at the aircraft or arrival gate, assistance with baggage, and expedited immigration and customs procedures before escorting them to their onward transportation.

For departures, passengers are met at a pre-arranged location and assisted with check-in, baggage formalities and airport security. The dedicated representative provides personal guidance throughout the terminal and can escort guests towards the departure lounge or boarding gate. The service is designed to provide a comfortable, discreet and efficient journey, reducing queues and making the airport experience smooth and stress-free from arrival at the terminal through to the aircraft, or from the aircraft to onward transportation.
